Thomas Carroll is a Director and Equity Market Strategist at Stifel, where he has built his career since 2018. He began as an Associate Analyst and has since advanced through roles of increasing seniority within the firm’s equity strategy platform.
In his current role, Mr. Carroll focuses on translating macroeconomic trends and factor-based research into actionable investment insights. He specializes in portfolio strategy, leveraging quantitative analysis, thematic basket construction, and data-driven approaches to help clients navigate dynamic and volatile market environments.
Mr. Carroll earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Wake Forest University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
