Zishaan joined Stifel in 2025 and is a Managing Director in the Global Technology Group. He leads the Tech-Enabled Services coverage in Europe and focuses on a range of sub-sectors within the technology services ecosystem, including IT & communication services, cybersecurity, digital engineering, application integration/management as well as broader technology consultancy, human capital and professional services.

Prior to joining Stifel, Zishaan was a Managing Director in the Technology & Services Investment Banking team at Raymond James, having started his investment banking career in the TMT team at Jefferies. Zishaan has advised on numerous technology M&A transactions for over 15 years, working with both sponsor-backed and publicly listed companies.

Zishaan earned a First Class Honours degree in Law (LLB) from University College London.
