Youchen Xin is a Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Stifel. Based in London, he joined Stifel through its 2025 acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co. With 13 years of banking experience, including eight years focused on life sciences, Youchen has advised on approximately 20 healthcare transactions, including M&A, licensing, ECM, and private placements.  

Youchen holds an MBA and an MSc in Oncology from the University of Oxford and is a CFA charter holder.
