William McGrath

Will joined Stifel’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group in July 2010. Within the healthcare space, Will focuses on the biotechnology and specialty pharmaceuticals subsectors.

Will has 17 years of experience in investment banking, including most recently in Thomas Weisel Partners’ Healthcare Investment Banking Group and previously in Credit Suisse’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group and in Bear Stearns’ Healthcare Public Finance Group. Over his career, Mr. McGrath has worked on a variety of financings and mergers and acquisitions for companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology and healthcare services sectors.

Will has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Molecular Biology from Yale University.
