Valentin is a Managing Director in Stifel’s Global Technology Group, specializing in Software, based in London. He joined Stifel in 2025 through the acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co. Valentin has a decade of experience advising on mid-market software M&A transactions across Europe. Previously he served as Director of Software M&A at William Blair, bolstering his repertoire in investment management and private wealth management. Before this, he was an Associate at Arma Partners, where he advised companies and investors on transactions in the digital economy sector. He holds a Masters in Corporate Finance from HEC Paris as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
