Based in London, Valentin Werle is a Managing Director in Stifel’s Global Technology Group, solely focused on software. He joined Stifel in 2025 through its acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co. Valentin has over a decade of experience working alongside founders, CEOs and investors on critical sell side, buyside and fundraising engagements across key European markets, including the UK, France and the Nordics.
Prior to joining Bryan, Garnier & Co, he served as a M&A Director at William Blair focused on software, strongly involved in the coverage of HR-Tech and GRC verticals. Before that, he was an Associate at Arma Partners, where he advised numerous fast-growing European businesses across the whole tech sector.
He holds a master’s in political science from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, a Masters in Corporate Finance from HEC Paris as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
