Tushar is responsible for the coverage of Education Software & Services sector, which includes sub-sectors like early child care, K-12, Higher Education, Corporate Learning, Training, Certification. Tushar has worked on numerous transactions that span M&A (sell-side and buy side advisory), public equity, private capital raise and leveraged finance within the broader education technology sector.
Prior to Stifel, Tushar worked in the technology investment banking groups at RBC Capital Markets and in the restructuring & recapitalization group at Jefferies.
Tushar earned a B.Sc from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
