Tor Berthelius is a Managing Director within Stifel’s Global Technology Group, specializing in Software and Tech Enabled Services, and based in Stockholm. Tor joined Stifel in 2025 through the acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co, bringing over 20 years of experience in strategy, consulting, and investment banking, with a focus on both private and public markets. Prior to this, Tor was the Country Manager at Beringer Finance. His recent deals include the sale of Direct Conversion to publicly listed Varex Imaging Corporation in the US and the sale of NVBS to a private equity fund Segulah. Tor holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Gothenburg.
