Tobias has been covering the Building & Construction sector since 1996 both as an Equity Analyst and Corporate Financier. He was a Director with the #1 rated team at Citi. Tobias headed the Global Basic Industries teams (including Building, Mining and Industrials) at MF Global/Man Securities (part of Man Group plc), where he was also a Co-Head of Equity Research.

He was a Senior Adviser and Consultant with Gleacher Shacklock, Cantor Fitzgerald, Raymond James, and Pactum Asset Management. He started his career in finance with Coopers&Lybrand in Paris, Sydney, and Frankfurt.

Tobias graduated from Warwick Business School and University of Kent with an MBA and a B.A. (Hons) in Economics with a language.
