Suthan Sukumar joined Stifel Canada in 2021 as a Managing Director, Research covering the Technology sector. He brings over +15 years of experience across industry and equity research roles, most recently as a founding principal and senior technology analyst at a leading Canadian independent investment dealer.

Prior to that, Suthan worked in institutional equity research at another Canadian investment dealer covering the technology and gaming sectors.  Before entering the capital markets, Suthan was at Rogers Communications in a variety of roles comprising R&D, New Product Development and Internal Strategy.

Suthan holds a B.Eng from McMaster University in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
