Stephen W. Zimmerman

Steve focuses on raising both public and private capital as well as providing a full range of advisory services including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures to companies within the real estate sector. Steve has diverse transactional experience including numerous initial and follow-on public equity offerings, preferred stock offerings, corporate debt offerings, asset-level joint ventures, and a variety of merger and acquisition and general financial advisory assignments for real estate companies.

Prior to joining Stifel in 2010, Steve spent three years working in the Wholesaler Mergers & Acquisitions group at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Prior to Anheuser-Busch InBev, he served as an Associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at A.G. Edwards and as a Finance Associate at RiverVest Venture Partners.

Steve received an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University and a BSBA in Finance from Marquette University.
