Stanislas de Gmeline is Managing Director within Stifel’s Global Technology Group, specializing in Software and based in Paris. Stanislas joined Stifel in 2025 through the acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co, where he was Partner and Co-Head of the Software & Fintech investment banking practice since 2017. With nearly 25 years of experience, he previously he held roles at HSBC, Credit Suisse and Sycomore Corporate Finance. His recent deals include the acquisitions of SmartTrade by Hg Capital and of Sogelink by Keensight. Stanislas holds an MBA from INSEAD and a master’s degree in political science from Sciences Po.
