Stanislas de Gmeline is Managing Director within Stifel’s Global Technology Investment Banking Group, specializing in Software. Based in Paris, he joined Stifel in 2025 through its acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co, where he was Partner and Co-Head of the Software & Fintech investment banking practice since 2017. With nearly 25 years of experience, Stanislas previously held roles at HSBC, Credit Suisse and Sycomore Corporate Finance.

Stanislas holds an MBA from INSEAD and a master’s degree in political sciences from Sciences Po Paris.
