Simon Yarmak joined Stifel in 2007. Simon is a Managing Director in the Real Estate sector, covering Lodging, Retail, and Triple-Net companies. Simon has been ranked as the #1 analyst for earnings estimates by the Financial Times/StarMine Awards.

Prior to his current role, Simon served as an Associate Analyst supporting the research of the Lodging, Multifamily, Self-Storage, and Student Housing industries.

Simon received an MBA and a graduate certificate of investments from the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business and also received an M.A. and B.A. in Talmudic Law from Ner Israel College. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
