Shivali Bhammer

Shivali Bhammer is a Director within the European Financial Sponsor Coverage Group, based in London. Prior to Stifel, Shivali spent seven years at Raymond James in both New York and London, where she focused on the sponsor landscape and cross-border advisory across multiple sectors.

She has a distinguished track record in the middle market and was named to Middle Market Growth Magazine’s “Top Investment Bankers to Watch” list in 2025. Her extensive transaction experience includes advising on a wide array of strategic investments, sponsor-led divestitures, and international mandates for leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Shivali holds an EMBA/PLDA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Nottingham.
