Sergio Ronga joined Stifel in 2023 as a Managing Director, where he advises clients on M&A and debt transactions in the Infrastructure sector covering infrastructure funds, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and insurance companies. His focus includes energy & power, renewables, utilities, transportation, telecoms and social infrastructure.

Previously, Sergio was a co-founder of Daiwa International Capital Partners. Before this, he was Head of Infrastructure at DC Advisory, where he founded the infrastructure advisory practice and built it into the number one ranked house globally by deal volume. Earlier in his career, Sergio served as Managing Director at Macquarie Capital.

Sergio is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
