Serge Licht is a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group, specializing in growth financing, secondary transactions, and M&A for technology companies based in Munich. He joined Stifel through its 2025 acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co, where he previously held the same role.

Before that, Serge was an investor focused on venture capital and growth investments. Earlier in his career, he spent several years as an investment banker at William Blair & Company, working on notable M&A, capital raising, and ECM transactions.

Serge holds a degree from the London School of Economics.
