Rosemary brought 18 years of experience to the GMP team, having worked in the equity research department of two major Canadian banks and a competing dealer. She has played an instrumental role in the firm’s syndication activities, having been involved in the underwriting of over $10 billion of total transaction value.
She also advises issuers, investment dealers and private and institutional investors on public offerings, private placements and other equity transactions.
