RJ Grant serves as Head of Global Equity Trading, where he is responsible for the operation, management, and overall strategic direction of both the Stifel and KBW equity desks. RJ joined KBW in 2005 and has spent over 14 years on the firm’s equity trading desk, previously serving as Head of U.S Equity Trading and before that, Head of Market Making. Under his leadership, KBW emerged as a leading market maker in Nasdaq-listed financial stocks and ranks among the ten largest traders of U.S. regional bank stocks. RJ began his career as an equity trading associate at Ryan Beck & Co. He graduated from Bucknell University in 2003 with a BS in Business Administration.
