Rachel has over 12 years' experience in the infrastructure sector across Europe and Australia, covering M&A, capital raisings and debt advisory and has advised on over £30bn of successfully completed infrastructure M&A transactions. Rachel previously worked as a Director at the Royal Bank of Canada in their London M&A team and prior to this spent over 7 years in Australia, where she held roles at Macquarie Capital and Credit Suisse. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering and started her banking career in restructuring.
