Pierre Leroy is a Managing Director in Stifel’s Private Capital Markets Group specializing in direct secondaries and based in Paris. Pierre joined the firm in 2025 through its acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co. Previously, he worked at BNP Paribas advising mid and large cap companies on acquisitions and LBO covering Benelux and Nordics. He developed the secondary investment branch at The Family, later founding two startups. Pierre is a co-founder of NotSoLiquid, a dedicated venture secondary boutique. He holds a degree in Finance from Emlyon Business School.
