Peter Egge

Peter Egge is a Managing Director and Head of Diversified Services Investment Banking. In addition, Peter leads the Infrastructure Services practice, supporting specialty services clients in a range of infrastructure end-markets including utilities, telecommunications, power and energy markets. Peter has completed over 90 strategic advisory and financing transactions worth more than $20 billion in transaction value over the past 15 years.

Prior to joining Stifel, Peter was a Vice President in the Diversified Industrials Group at FBR Capital Markets, where he focused on advising a broad range of clients on public and private financings and M&A. Peter began his career as an analyst with Toronto Dominion Securities.

Peter has a B.S. in Commerce from The University of Virginia and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
