Perry Zhang

Perry Zhang is a Director of Stifel’s Capital Structure Advisory Group. Mr. Zhang’s experience includes restructuring transactions on behalf of Legacy Cares, Workhorse, Rand Logistics, Techniplas, the Ad Hoc Committee of Equity Security Holders for Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc., the Official Committee of Equity Security Holders for Tidewater Inc., Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. as a member of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors for Seadrill Limited, creditors in Puerto Rico, National and the Dechert Ad Hoc Group in regards to Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, an ad hoc group in Financial Guaranty Insurance Company, among others.

Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
