Paul Musselwhite is a Managing Director on Stifel’s Technology Banking team and brings over 17 years of experience in the sector. Based in London, he specialises in Internet and digital platforms, advising high-growth regional and international clients on M&A and financial transactions.

Paul joined Stifel in 2025 after 13 years at Jefferies, where he served as European Head of Internet, Digital Media, and Entertainment Hardware. There, he led prominent public listings and M&A mandates. Earlier in his career, Paul worked at Barclays Capital and Bank of America, building expertise in TMT and diversified sectors.

Paul holds a B.A. in Economics and Latin American Studies from Duke University.
