Paul Kostuik serves as a Vice President in Stifel’s Metals & Mining Investment Banking Team. He rejoined the firm in 2025 after spending three years in BHP’s Corporate Development Team, where he gained valuable experience in M&A, strategy, and business development within the global mining sector.

Mr. Kostuik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University.
