Pam Holton-Byrd

Ms. Holton-Byrd has over 20 years of municipal finance experience and has served as investment banker on more than 100 land secured bond issues with a total par amount in excess of $2 billion. Prior to joining to Stifel, Ms. Holton-Byrd was a Director with TD Securities where she was responsible for business development in Florida and the mid-Atlantic.

Pam has also worked in public administration for the District of Columbia as the Associate Treasurer and as the Fiscal Administrator for Orange County, FL. In those roles, she was responsible for the administration of the debt programs including the issuance of both short and long-term debt. She is a founding member of the Virginia Women in Public Finance.

Ms. Holton-Byrd holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and holds the Series 7, 53, and 62 licenses.
