Olivier Beaudouin

Olivier Beaudouin is Managing Director within the Global Technology Group, specializing in Climate & Industrial Tech and based in Paris. Olivier joined Stifel in 2025 through the acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co where he was Partner and Co-Head of Climate and Industrial Tech investment banking. Prior to that, Olivier was part of SocGen’s large-cap tech M&A team in Paris before joining Cowen & Co. in London, where he led the EMEA expansion of a newly acquired US tech bank, focusing on Communications and Semiconductors. Earlier, he served on the Executive Committee of SocGen’s Brazilian branch in São Paulo. He has over 25 years of investment banking experience and his recent deals include Orolia’s IPO, Metrologic’s LBO with Carlyle and Autoform’s LBO with Astorg. Olivier graduated from the leading French Business School HEC Paris.
