Nicodemo Esposito

Nico Esposito is a Managing Director within Stifel’s Global Technology Group covering the Technology-Enabled Services sector.

During his extensive career as an investment banker, corporate development executive and consultant, Mr. Esposito has participated in numerous transactions totaling well over $100 billion in aggregate value. Nico began his career with UBS Investment Bank gaining M&A experience in the US, Europe, and Asia, before moving on to a more senior role with Deutsche Bank Securities in New York. After 13 years in bulge bracket investment banking, Mr. Esposito joined Delaware North Companies, a global leader in the contract foodservice management sector.  In this role, Nico was a member of the Investment Committee and orchestrated the company’s acquisition of Patina Restaurant Group in 2014. Mr. Esposito subsequently returned to the financial services industry to lead the North American M&A and Strategic Advisory practice for Equiteq, a global M&A boutique covering the professional services sector.

Prior to joining Stifel, Nico led the Business Services practice for Cascadia Capital, a middle market investment banking firm based in Seattle.

Nico has graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration.
