v-CardNick Tissot joined Stifel in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer of Stifel Europe. Prior to joining Stifel, Nick held the position of Partner &COO at MASECO, where he was chairman of the management committee and was responsible for the review and restructuring of MASECO’s business operations. Before MASECO, Nick was CEO at Mirabaud Securities, where he guided a sizeable restructuring of its business division, and formerly COO of Mirabaud’s UK wealth management and asset management business as well Mirabaud Securities.
At Stifel, Nick sits on the Board of Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited and the Supervisory Board of Stifel European Bank AG. Alongside working with the management team Nick is responsible for infrastructure, including legal, compliance, HR, risk, operations, and facilities.Nick serves on the board of trustees of La Fondation Miracles, a charity funding and managing a prosthetics clinic in Bosnia
Nick graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1999 with a B.A. in Business. He received his Financial Management certification from ACCA in 2003. Nick is an MSCI of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
