Nicholas Oust

Nicholas is a Managing Director and leads the healthcare and software equity capital markets efforts at Stifel, focused on originating and executing equity transactions for public and private companies. He joined Stifel in 2010 following the acquisition of Thomas Weisel Partners.

Nicholas joined Thomas Weisel Partners in 2007 and was a Managing Director responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of private capital transactions. Prior to Thomas Weisel Partners, he held various roles at both global and boutique investment banks. Prior to investment banking, Mr. Oust worked as an auditor at Arthur Andersen. Nicholas has over 20 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets and Investment Banking and is based in San Francisco.

Nicholas is a graduate of Tulane University, where he received a BSM.
