Vladimir (Vlad) Moshinsky is a Managing Director within Stifel’s Capital Structure Advisory Group, formerly known as Miller Buckfire. Mr. Moshinsky’s experience includes advising companies, boards of directors, creditors, municipalities and equity constituents across multiple industries through corporate restructurings, liability management, financings and mergers and acquisitions.
During his tenure at Stifel, Mr. Moshinsky has advised Aéropostale, Applied Optoelectronics, Car Outlet, City of Detroit, CorEnergy, Faraday Future, Invacare, Molycorp, Nine Energy, Rokstad, Sientra, Sundance Energy, Techniplas, TNT Crane & Rigging, VICI Properties and Workhorse. He has also represented lenders and committees in transactions involving 99 Cents Only Stores, Bonanza Creek Energy, Breitburn Energy, Caesars Entertainment, Memorial Production Partners, Puerto Rico (COFINA) and Tidewater.
Mr. Moshinsky has more than 17 years of investment banking and valuation experience assisting companies and their constituents on strategic matters.
Prior to joining Miller Buckfire, he was a Senior Consultant in the Financial Valuation Group of Duff & Phelps, a division of Kroll.
Mr. Moshinsky holds an MBA with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Finance, with honors, from Rutgers Business School in New Brunswick, NJ.
