Mike started his career in 1998 at Bear Stearns in New York in the operations training program. In 2001 he moved into the Distressed / Special Situations group and then moved to London in 2004 with Bear.

In 2008 he was hired by Fortis Bank syndications desk to cover a variety of Fixed Income clients including CLOs and hedge funds focused on distressed. Shortly after he integrated into BNP Paribas’ syndications sales and trading desk in 2009.

Mike joined Stifel in 2013 and was promoted to European Head of Fixed Income sales in June 2019.
