Mika Melamies is a Managing Director in Stifel’s Global Technology Group, focused on the Nordic region. He brings experience advising corporates, entrepreneurs, and financial sponsors on IPOs, public takeovers, and M&A, with sector expertise spanning climate technology, industrial technology, software, and business services.

Mika joined Stifel in 2026 from Nomura, where he spent three years as Co-Head of Nordic Investment Banking. Previously, he spent fifteen years at Carnegie Investment Bank, advising corporates, entrepreneurs, and leading Nordic financial sponsors. During his career, he has advised on 15 IPOs and more than 100 M&A and equity capital markets transactions across the Nordic region and the Baltic states.
