She has significant experience with all types of financings and all types of issuers. Her knowledge ranges from unlimited tax, general obligation, and revenue-supported issues to certificates of participation and tax anticipation notes and bonds.
Ms. Hillstrom received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She maintains Series 7 and 63 registrations.
