Michael Wolff

Michael joined Stifel through its 2019 acquisition of Mooreland Partners and is responsible for technology sponsor coverage in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking. He joined Mooreland in 2018 from Robert W. Baird & Co., where he was instrumental in establishing the firm's investment banking presence in DACH and advised on a long list of M&A transactions, mainly across the industrial technologies ecosystem. Additionally, he was responsible for the firm's private equity coverage across the region. Prior to Baird, Michael was an M&A banker at Deutsche Bank for almost a decade. Michael also worked as a consultant at Roland Berger and Arthur Andersen prior to his career in investment banking.

Michael holds a Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Bayreuth as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan (Ross School).
