Michael Hart

Michael is a Managing Director with the Mergers & Acquisitions Group with a focus on Diversified Industrials.

Prior to joining Stifel, Michael led the Industrial Products and Services sector at Ernest & Young (EY) in the United Kingdom & Ireland. He began his career with DC Advisory, where he spent 10-plus years advising public and private companies across the industrial space. He also spent more than three years working with U.S. consolidators on European opportunities in New York. Prior to joining DC Advisory Michael qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte.

Michael has extensive experience advising mid-market companies on both domestic and cross-border M&A, restructuring transactions, and raising debt.

Michael studied Accounting and Finance, at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (South Africa).
