Mike is responsible for the coverage of the Vertical Software and Payments sectors which have seen a significant convergence over recent years. Mike has worked on nearly 100 transactions during his career that span M&A (sell-side and buy-side advisory), public equity, private capital raise and leveraged finance product offerings.
Prior to Stifel, Mike worked in the technology investment banking group at TD Cowen and in the financial sponsors group at Wells Fargo Securities.
Mike earned a B.Sc from SUNY Oswego and an MBA from Georgetown University.
