Matthew Rodrigue

Matthew is a Senior Advisor of Miller Buckfire, specializing in restructuring and complex leveraged finance situations. 

Since joining Miller Buckfire, Matthew's experience includes representing equity owners and sponsors, debtors, official creditors committees, and ad hoc creditors committees across a range of in-court and out-of-court restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Matthew's practice includes representing clients in both private and public finance. He has written on the topics of secured creditors’ rights, and his work has been published in the Bond Buyer and Forbes, among others. Matthew is a recipient of the M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Award and a “Top 50 Rising Dealmaker” by The Global M&A Network. 

Matthew holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Maine, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine. He currently serves on the Board of Visitors of the University of Maine.
