He previously came from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he gained 16 years of investment banking experience providing Board and senior management with strategic and regulatory advice in relation to a variety of corporate transactions including IPOs’, equity issuance, M&A, and defence.
Since joining Stifel, Matt has secured multiple new corporate broking mandates and successfully executed follow-on primary capital raises in the Real Estate, FIG, Healthcare, and Support Services space.
