He has over 10 years of investment banking experience and specializes in advising clients within the electronic manufacturing services (EMS), semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, printed circuit board (PCB), and electronics supply chain spaces. He has advised various types of clients (public and private companies and Boards of Directors) on a wide range of transactions including sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, initial public offerings, follow-ons, debt offerings, and private placements.
Massimo earned a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Finance from the Villanova School of Business.
