Martina Ecker

Martina Ecker is a Managing Director on Stifel’s Diversified Industries investment banking team with more than 25 years of experience in the sector. Based in Frankfurt, she specialises in industrial technology and the clean energy transition, advising corporates, private equity, and entrepreneurs on a range of complex transactions.

Martina joined Stifel in 2026 after three and a half years at Citi, where she served as a Managing Director in the EMEA Clean Energy Transition team. She previously held senior roles at Goetzpartners and Lincoln International, advising clients across the broader technology and energy transition sectors. Earlier in her career, Martina served as Managing Director of Jefferies’ Frankfurt office and was a Partner at KPMG, where she led the European Corporate Finance Technology team.

Martina holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s in Social and Economic Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
