Martin Landry

Martin Landry, CPA, CA, is a Managing Director in the Equity Research division at Stifel Canada, where he covers the Consumer Staples and Consumer Discretionary sectors. With more than 20 years of experience in capital markets and financial analysis, he is recognized for his expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and investment strategy.

Since joining Stifel Canada’s predecessor firm, GMP Securities, in 2011, Mr. Landry has built an extensive track record covering a broad range of sectors, including Consumer Products, Retail, Healthcare, and Special Situations. Throughout his career, he has authored hundreds of research reports and developed a reputation for identifying investment opportunities and generating alpha for institutional investors.

Mr. Landry’s research excellence has been recognized across the industry. He ranked first among Canadian equity analysts in the Small Cap/Special Situations category in Brendan Wood International’s Worldwide Equity Capital Markets Performance Reports in both 2017 and 2018. He was also recognized by Thomson Reuters as the top stock picker in the Healthcare sector for 2017.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Concordia University and remains actively involved in community initiatives, including youth hockey coaching and fundraising efforts.
