Mark is a Managing Director, Chair of UK Investment Banking and Head of European Investments Funds and Real Estate.

Prior to joining Stifel, Mark worked in the corporate finance department of Hill Samuel. Whilst at Hill Samuel he specialised in the real estate sector, as well as working as a member of the general transactions team. In 1994 Mark joined ABN AMRO (then Hoare Govett) in order to set up and run the Pan European real estate research team. From 2001 he was a member of ABN AMRO’s number one rated smaller companies team, specialising in consumer orientated sectors. During his time as a real estate sector analyst, Mark was ranked as highly as 2nd in the annual Extel survey, and 1st in the Sunday Times Starmine survey. Since 2009 he has returned to corporate finance and has been involved in numerous IPOs and secondary fund raisings.

Mark attended the College of St. Hild & St. Bede, Durham University.
