Luke Bruggeman is a Director on Stifel’s Public Finance team. He joined the firm in January 2017 following Stifel’s acquisition of City Securities. Mr. Bruggeman works with the banking team and Indiana issuers on financial analysis and debt structuring. He has experience with bond issuances for K-12 school districts, higher education institutions, and local government issuers. Mr. Bruggeman holds a B.A from Indiana University in Economics and currently maintains his Series 7, 50, 52, 63, and 66 licenses.
