Lauren Harrington

Ms. Harrington leads the firm’s global cross-organizational business development strategy. She is responsible for ensuring integrated coverage of clients across the platform and the delivery of a holistic client service model. Ms. Harrington partners with both the Institutional Group and the Private Client Group to connect clients with Stifel’s full suite of capabilities and resources. 

Before leading Client Coverage, Ms. Harrington was an Associate in Stifel’s Investment Bank, where she worked with Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds in the Financial Sponsors Group. 

Prior to joining Stifel in 2010, Ms. Harrington was an Analyst in the Capital Strategies Group at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney (“MSSB”), formerly Citi Capital Strategies, a middle market investment bank. While at MSSB, she advised clients on the sale or recapitalization of their privately-held businesses. 

Outside of Stifel, Ms. Harrington is a Member of the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (“ACG”) as well as a Member of the Board of Directors for Lifecycle WomanCare, a non-profit women’s healthcare organization in Pennsylvania. Ms. Harrington holds a B.S in Business Administration from Villanova University.
