Ms. Radcliff’s primary investment banking focus is on revenue bonds of public entities, with an emphasis on economic development bonds.
Ms. Radcliff has lectured extensively on the topic of financing to a wide range of audiences, including the American Bar Association, the Council of Development Financing Agencies, several individual state agencies and municipal organizations, and numerous real estate and economic development organizations. Ms. Radcliff co-authored two publications on Tax Increment Finance, the Tax Increment Finance Best Practices Reference Guide and the Advanced Tax Increment Finance Reference Guide. She currently serves as Secretary of the Downtown St. Louis Community Improvement District.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning from Michigan State University and a Master of Public Affairs degree from Princeton University. Ms. Radcliff is currently registered with her Series 7 (General Securities Representative), 50 (Municipal Advisor Representative), 53 (Municipal Securities Principal) and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) licenses.
