Kristian Melandsø is a Director in Stifel’s Global Technology Group specializing in Climate & Industrial Tech investment banking, based in Olso. Kristian joined Stifel in 2025 through the acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co. He has over 10 years of cross-border corporate finance experience, successfully advising M&A, private placement, and ECM transactions across the sector. Prior to Stifel, he worked at Bryan Garnier, an M&A boutique Beringer Finance and in corporate banking at Citibank. Kristian holds a master’s degree in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics.
