Kristian Melandsø is a Director in Stifel’s Global Technology Group, specializing in Climate & Industrial Tech. Based in Oslo, he joined Stifel in 2025 through its acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co. Kristian has over ten years of cross-border corporate finance experience, advising on M&A, private placements, and ECM transactions across the sector. Prior to joining Stifel, he worked at Bryan, Garnier & Co, the M&A boutique Beringer Finance, and in corporate banking at Citibank.  

Kristian holds a master’s degree in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics.
