Ken Kloner

Ken Kloner is a Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Diversified Industrials at Stifel. Particularly focused across Automotive and Capital Goods, Ken also brings a depth of relationships and experience across both the Aerospace and Defense and the Industrial Technology worlds as well as the broader Diversified Industrials universe. Ken has over 30 years of experience doing M&A, including both sell-side and buy-side, corporate and sponsor, domestic and global. Ken also has a deep background leading both leveraged finance and equity transactions, as well as having worked on many high profile restructurings. He has completed over 170 strategic advisory and financing transactions worth more than $300 billion in transaction value over the past 30 years. Ken joined Stifel in 2024. Prior to joining Stifel, he was a Vice Chairman and Global Head of Mobility Tech at UBS Investment Bank, which he joined in 2002. Ken started his career in the M&A department of Morgan Stanley. Ken earned his JD from Harvard Law School and an AB in Economics and International Relations from Brown University.
