Kelly Knorr serves as a Managing Director in Stifel’s Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group, with a focus on restaurants and franchising. Over her nearly 20-year career, she has led numerous M&A, public and private financing, and recapitalization transactions for a wide variety of restaurant, leisure and consumer products clients.

Ms. Knorr joined Stifel in 2019 from Wedbush Securities, where she served as a vice president and focused on the consumer sector. Prior to Wedbush, she was an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan.

Ms. Knorr received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from The University of California, Berkeley.
